Ryan and Murray Ltd is an Auckland based building company undertaking building projects throughout the Auckland Region and South Pacific. Ryan and Murray were formed in 2008 following a change in shareholding in BC Construction Ltd, the former operating company. With the rebirth of the company has come an infusion of new human resource whilst retaining the resources of the former company - the most important of which being its people.

The residential division of the company undertakes both single, high value projects and multi-unit residential developments. The company has established itself as a leader in solid masonry construction and leads the way in natural stone, earth brick and adobe block construction techniques.

The commercial division undertakes a variety of projects including shop and office fit-out, industrial food processing facilities, hospital, medical clinic and sterile environment projects and high stud / high span warehouse construction.

Ryan and Murray Ltd operations are directed by an experienced and skilled management team comprising two working shareholder/directors, project managers and quantity surveyor. This team oversees all operations and building projects and closely supports our site managers and foremen in the field.

Ryan & Murray Ltd employ a full time construction staff of 18 including 3 site manager/foremen, 11 qualified carpenters and leading hands, and 5 labourer/hammer hands.

We have long established and extremely close links with a number of key sub-trades including electrical, plumbing, drainage and gas fitters and enjoy the support of many of New Zealand’s largest suppliers of building products and services.
